The author includes literature regarding the relationship between the form of government and the takings of foreign investments in this hypothesis but does not address the relationship between the integration of ICT and the form of government in the society. This hypothesis is more related to politics than economics therefore it does not come along suitable for the analysis of economic impacts.The research methodology consisted of identification of the sample set of three blue income countries.
