Abstract This research publisher is concerned in recognizing the differences touch by position and Arabic vowels that lead to commit pronunciation defects by Arab submiters of position. It focuses on first take university female students in Gaza. This study is do in order to find come out weather the mistake is because of teachers, or students carelessness. After analyzing the data of xx questionnaires given to the students, the results revealed that the dickens branches (teachers and students) are involved in create making orthoepy errors. At the end, the paper finally provides slightly suggestions for teachers and students to improve students orthoepy of vowels. Introduction In any spoken language we can identify a small number of regularly used sounds(vowels and consonants)that we call phonemes; for example, the vowels in the words pin and pen are various phonemes ,and so are the consonants at the beginning of the words pet and bet.
